Grace is an experienced HR practitioner, Leader and a PhD researcher in Work, Organisations and Management, bringing a unique perspective to HR that blends a wealth of HR experience, practical solutions and the latest insights led by research.

With over 15 years of leadership and management experience, alongside 10 years of HR expertise gained from working both in-house and as a HR consultant Grace is also a qualified coach and mentor, known for her positive and enthusiastic approach.

Grace’s experience spans a diverse range of industries and clients, equipping her with the skills to tailor HR strategies to unique organisational needs.
